Vous êtes à l'arrêt de bus...

A chaque point d'arrêt,
vous trouverez les informations suivantes :
Le nom de l'arrêt, le numéro de chacune des lignes qui s'y arrêtent,
les horaires de passage des bus à cet arrêt, le plan du réseau
si l'arrêt est équipé d'un abribus.
Vérifiez bien que vous êtes dans le bon sens.
La fiche horaire indique aussi la destination du bus qui passera à cet arrêt.
Si vous n'avez pas de titre de transport, vous pouvez acheter un ticket à l'untité auprès du conducteur de votre bus.
Merci de préparer votre monnaie avant de monter dans le bus.

Vérifiez bien son numéro de ligne et sa destination (affichage au dessus du pare-brise)
Tous les arrêts sont facultatifs sauf celui de la Place de Verdun.
Faites donc un signe clair et visible au conducteur si vous souhaitez qu'il marque l'arrêt pour vous permettre de monter.

Montez toujours par la porte avant et validez systématiquement votre ticket de transport
Vous pouvez acheter un ticket à l'unité au conducteur qui vous sera reconnaissant de bien vouloir fair l'appoint car il peut être démuni de monnaie. Conservez votre ticket de transport durant tout le trajet car il peut vous être demandé à tout moment par un de nos agents habilité à effectuer des contrôles.

Ne stationnez pas sur la plate-forme avant
Afin de ne pas gêner d'autres clients, avancez vers l'arrière du bus. Merci de céder votre place aux personnes âgées, aux femmes enceintes et aux handicapés.

Vous descendez bientôt...
Repérez votre arrêt de descente,
levez-vous après l'arrêt précédentet appuyez sur l'un des boutons "arrêt demandé" placé sur les colonnes à l'intérieur du bus.
Le voyant rouge "arrêt demandé" s'allume. Le conducteur est alors averti qu'il doit s'arrêter. Descendez par les portes arrières ou centrales.
